SWEEPSTAKES POLICY

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR OTHER CONSIDERATION NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND DOES NOT AFFECT AND WILL NOT INCREASE A PARTICIPANT'S CHANCES OF WINNING.

This Sweeps Policy is hereby incorporated by reference into, and forms an integral part of, our General Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the General Terms of Service, unless otherwise defined herein. The Platform constitutes an online entertainment service that enables users to participate in designated Games solely for personal entertainment and recreational purposes.

As part of our Platform and promotional activities, we provide sweepstakes entries known as sweeps coins (“Sweeps Coins”), which enable you to participate in various promotional game plays (“Promotions”) in accordance with this Sweeps Policy. THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OR OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE SWEEPS COINS OR TO ACQUIRE SWEEPS COINS BY ANY MEANS OTHER THAN RECEIVING THEM FREE OF CHARGE DIRECTLY FROM US. Sweeps Coins may be used solely to participate in Promotion for the opportunity to win additional Sweeps Coins. Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for prizes, subject to the terms of this Sweeps Policy. The purchase, sale, transfer, or attempted purchase, sale, or transfer of any Sweeps Coins is strictly prohibited under this Sweeps Policy and the Terms, and any such conduct may also constitute a violation of applicable law. We reserve the right to report any actual or suspected unlawful activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND ARBITRATION NOTICE

BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE TO RESOLVE MOST DISPUTES SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ARBITRATION, CLASS ACTION, ANY OTHER KIND OF REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, OR BY JURY TRIAL. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES WITH THE COMPANY, YOU MAY OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION BY FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED IN SECTION 13.3 OF THE GENERAL TERMS OS SERVICE.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may make changes to this Sweep Policy at any time. The “Last Updated” date above indicates when this Sweep Policy were last changed. If we make future changes, we may provide you with notice of the changes, such as by sending a notice to the email address we have on file for you, providing a notice through our Service, or updating the date at the top of this Sweep Policy, provided that where we make any material changes to this Sweep Policy, we will attempt to provide you with reasonable notice in advance of making the changes where possible. Unless we say otherwise in our notice, the amended Sweep Policy will be effective immediately, and your continued use of our Service after we provide you notice will confirm your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately stop using our Service.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You hereby represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and eligible to enter into these Terms. You further represent and warrant that you are not prohibited by any authorized authority, judicial order, or law to enter into any agreement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage. You also may not use the website if you previously have been blocked or otherwise have been prohibited by us from using the website.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE FROM THE STATES OF CALIFORNIA, CONNECTICUT, IDAHO, LOUISIANA, MICHIGAN, MONTANA, NEVADA, NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK, WASHINGTON OR WEST VIRGINIA, OR FROM ANY LOCATION OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “EXCLUDED TERRITORIES”). Participation in the Games from any Excluded Territories is strictly prohibited.

2. OBTAINING SWEEPS COINS.

1. In order to access the Platform, you are required to register and create an account (“Account”) on our social gaming platform governed by the General Terms of Use.

2. To access the Promotion, a player must obtain Sweeps Coins, which function as their entry to the Promotion.

3. Users can receive Sweeps Coins through the following methods:

   1. Sweeps Coins may be awarded as a complimentary bonus when purchasing certain packages of Virtual Gold Coins. These Virtual Gold Coins are for entertainment purposes only and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other value. The number of Sweeps Coins provided as a bonus will be displayed at the time of purchase. All Virtual Gold Coins purchases are final and non-refundable, as detailed in our Terms.
   2. Users can win Sweeps Coins by participating in free giveaway promotions on our social media channels. Instructions and the number of Sweeps Coins available will be specified in each promotional post, and winners will have the coins credited to their accounts.
   3. By logging into your Account daily and claiming the available offer, you can receive free Sweeps Coins.

   4. Users may also request free Sweeps Coins by mailing a handwritten request on a 4” x 6” blank card, placed in a stamped #10 envelope, to the address provided below, following the instructions outlined here:

      To request Sweeps Coins by mail, user must:

      • Clearly write their return address and the phrase “Sweepstakes Credits” on the envelope.

      • On one side of the request card, handwrite the following details in order:

        1. Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification;
        2. The email address associated with their account;
        3. The residential address registered to their account;

        4. The following declaration:
           “I am requesting Sweeps Coins to participate in sweepstakes promotions on this platform. By submitting this request, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the Terms of Service and Sweeps Policy.”

      • Only one request card is permitted per envelope. Each valid request will result in 5 Sweeps Coins being credited to the user’s Account. Illegible handwriting will void the request, as determined solely by us. Requests must be sent by the player from the same state or province as their verified address. Requests from third parties or from locations not matching the player's verified address will be invalid. Any attempt to manipulate the request process, including using automated tools or assistance with handwriting, is prohibited and will result in disqualification. If there is any uncertainty about the identity of the requester or compliance with these requirements, the request will be deemed ineligible.
4. The current Sweeps Coin balance will be visible in the user’s Account. We may adjust the number of Sweeps Coins awarded at any time, at our sole discretion.
5. We are not liable for any requests or allocations of Sweeps Coins that are lost, delayed, incomplete, invalid, unreadable, or misdirected.
6. In the event of a dispute regarding account registration, the authorized owner of the email address used to create the Account will be considered the user. The authorized owner is the individual assigned the email address by the relevant provider.
7. The use of automated systems or any other means to acquire Sweeps Coins or participate in games is strictly forbidden and will result in disqualification and loss of eligibility.
8. Sweeps Coins will expire 60 days after the user last login.
9. If a user’s Account is closed or at our discretion, Sweeps Coins may be forfeited.
10. Sweeps Coins have no cash value and may not be bought, sold, traded, or exchanged except as expressly permitted in this Policy or the Terms.

3. VERIFICATION PROCESS

1. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to conduct a Know Your Client (“KYC”) verification process and to request from any user such KYC documentation as the Company deems necessary or appropriate to verify the identity and location of such user. The Company further reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or limit access to any feature of the Service, including, without limitation, the ability to redeem Prizes (as defined below), until the user’s identity has been satisfactorily verified, or for any other reason as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. For the purpose of conducting KYC checks, the Company may engage third-party service providers and may disclose user information to such providers as necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements, all in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy
2. Each user is permitted to maintain only a single Account. In the event that you attempt to create, or successfully create, more than one Account— whether under the same user name or any other name—or if you attempt to access or utilize the Platform and Services through another person's Account, the Company shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately suspend or terminate your access to any and all such Accounts, retain all funds held therein, and permanently prohibit you from future use of the Platform. If the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have registered or used multiple Accounts, or have acted in concert with others to operate multiple Accounts, the Company may suspend or close all such Accounts and withhold any associated funds until you provide satisfactory evidence demonstrating that no violation has occurred. If you become aware that you have more than one registered Account, you must notify the Company without delay. Failure to do so may result in the blocking of your Account(s) and the retention of any funds contained therein.

4. PRIZES

1. Sweeps Coins won through a Promotion may be redeemed for real prizes (“Prize”), subject to the terms of this Sweeps Policy. Any attempt to buy, sell, trade, or facilitate the transfer of Sweeps Coins is strictly prohibited and may also constitute a violation of law. We reserve the right to report any suspected unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
2. Our decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion, the amount of winnings, and Prizes are final and binding.
3. The Sweeps Coin balance for each user is displayed in their Account. Each Sweeps Coin that has been won through a Promotion can be redeemed for a prize with value being equivalent to $1.00.
4. We reserve the right to change the Prize win rates and odds of any of the Sweepstakes at any time. A player can see the actual and any amended details by clicking on the “Win Table” or “Pay Table” button. It is a player's responsibility to check the prize win rate on each occasion before they participate in any Promotion or otherwise interact with the Services.
5. Prize winners must comply with this Sweeps Policy and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. We reserve the right to review and approve any winning combinations or outcomes before distributing a Prize, and even if a screen readout displays a winning outcome or combination, there is no obligation to us until full verification is complete to our full satisfaction. A prize winner may be required to sign and return to us, an affidavit/declaration of eligibility, and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) in order to claim his/her Prize (if applicable).
6. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to properly execute and return the affidavit/declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period (if applicable), fails to comply with this Sweeps Policy, or if the Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner forfeits the Prize.
7. In the event that a potential winner of a Prize is disqualified for any reason, we may, in our sole discretion, place the Prize back into the prize pool.

5. REDEMPTIONS RULES

1. Unless we require otherwise, any Sweeps Coins allocated to a player are required to be played once before they are eligible to be redeemed for Prizes. We may in our sole discretion, require that any Sweeps Coins allocated to a player must be played a greater number of times (not exceeding 20) in any combination of Sweeps Coins games before they are eligible to be redeemed for Prizes.
2. If a user opts to redeem their Sweeps Coins for cash, payment will be made in U.S. Dollars to the original payment method used for Virtual Gold Coin purchases, or, if that is not possible, to another bank account designated by the user. We may require that the same payment method used for Virtual Gold Coin purchases be used for Prize redemptions, or we may specify an alternative method at our discretion.
3. If a user chooses to redeem their Prize as a gift card, the gift card will be sent to the email address registered to their Account.
4. Prize redemptions will only be processed if the total value is at least $100 (i.e., a minimum of 100 eligible Sweeps Coins). Users must have a balance of at least 100 Sweeps Coins to request a redemption.

5. Eligibility for Prizes.

   • Users must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in this Sweepstake Policy and the Terms.
   • Residents of any state or territory where participation in sweepstakes is prohibited by law are not permitted to use the Services and, in any event, will not be eligible to redeem prizes. Residents of New York, Florida, and residents of any other restricted territory, are not eligible to receive prizes totaling $5,000 or more. Any Prize exceeding this amount will be reduced to $4,999.99.
   • Regardless of location, users may not redeem more than $5,000 in Prizes per day and are limited to one redemption request every 24 hours.
   • By requesting a Prize redemption, you agree to provide any information we require for verification, including but not limited to identification, email, or bank account details. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
   • All taxes and fees related to Prize redemptions are the sole responsibility of the user. We may issue tax forms, such as a 1099, and report winnings to tax authorities as required by law.
   • We are not responsible for any costs, fees, or losses related to currency conversion or foreign exchange fluctuations that may arise from Prize redemptions.
   • Sweeps Coins cannot be transferred to another person, and no substitutions will be made except at our discretion. We reserve the right to replace any listed Prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. We will investigate any breach or alleged breach of this Sweepstake Policy and report to law enforcement authorities when necessary. We are entitled to prevent access from any user that we believe has breached or is likely to breach this Sweepstake Policy. We may also limit or prevent the use of our Services for any reason or no reason, at our sole discretion.

6. RESPONSIBLE GAME PLAY.

While we want you to have a fun, exciting, and entertaining experience while using the Services, it is your responsibility to exercise control over your playtime, spending, and purchases on the Services.
