King Entertainment Corp provides online games known as “Gold Coin Games,” which are intended for customer enjoyment and entertainment. Gold Coin Games do not award any prizes. To enhance our offerings, King Entertainment Corp organizes sweepstakes games that provide prizes, referred to as “Sweepstakes Games.” Collectively, Gold Coin Games and Sweepstakes Games are termed the “Games.” These Sweepstakes Rules (“Rules”) govern the distribution of sweepstakes entries called “Sweeps Coins” and the operation of Sweepstakes Games. Any terms defined in this document are clarified in our Terms of Service

All Games are offered at no cost and are solely for private entertainment and amusement. No Games or any related information may be utilized for gambling, wagering, or any illegal activities.

Participation in the Sweepstakes Games does not require any purchase or payment. Purchasing or paying for anything will not increase a player's chances of winning. Sweepstakes Games are invalid where prohibited by law.

Your entry into a Sweepstakes Game constitutes your acceptance of these Rules, as well as any terms and conditions related to King Entertainment Corp's website at www.sweeps.us (the “Website”) and the services provided there, including our Terms of Service (accessible at Terms of Service) and our Privacy Policy (accessible at Privacy Policy).

If you do not agree to these Rules or our Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy, your only option is to not accessing Sweepstakes Games and/or to withdraw and discontinue your participation on the Website.. You acknowledge and agree that any disputes regarding your participation in a Sweepstakes Game will be addressed according to these Rules and/or the Terms of Service.

1. Sponsor. Sweepstakes Games are sponsored by King Entertainment Corp, located at 30 N Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility. Participants must be 18 years or older and legal residents of a U.S. jurisdiction where participation in Sweepstakes Games is allowed by law. Entries from individuals under 18 will not be accepted and are considered void. Employees (including part-time and temporary staff) of King Entertainment Corp and its contest sponsors, as well as their parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities, along with their immediate family members and household members (i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, roommates, significant others, siblings, and steps of the above) are NOT eligible to enter and/or win Sweepstakes Games. Residents of areas where participation is not permitted by law are ineligible. Participation is void where prohibited

Sweepstakes Games are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that participating in a Sweepstakes Game complies with the regulations in your jurisdiction. Participation constitutes your full acceptance of these Rules, our Terms of Service, and King Entertainment Corp’s decisions regarding the operation of Sweepstakes Games, which are final and binding."

3. How to Enter. Sweepstakes Games are sponsored by King Entertainment Corp, located at 30 N Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (the “Sponsor”).,

Your Sweeps Coins and/or Gold Coins balance will be displayed in your Customer Account on the Website. King Entertainment Corp reserves the right to adjust the number of Sweeps Coins allocated to players at its discretion.

All Sweeps Coins earned without a purchase have the same chances of winning prizes as those acquired through purchases. Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased and hold no monetary value. Neither Sweeps Coins nor Gold Coins may be sold, transferred, assigned, gifted, traded, or sublicensed (including for money or any other value). Sweeps Coins cannot be redeemed for prizes, except for those won in a Sweepstakes Game.

Any Sweeps Coins not played within 60 days of being added to your Customer Account may be forfeited at the Sponsor's discretion. Sweeps Coins and/or Gold Coins may also be forfeited if a player's Customer Account is deactivated for any reason, including violations of these Rules or our Terms of Service

4. Playing Sweepstakes Games. King Entertainment Corp reserves the right to offer various Sweepstakes Games as it sees fit. The number of Sweeps Coins required to participate in any Sweepstakes Game will be disclosed prior to the game’s start. Each Sweepstakes Game begins at the designated start time on the Website and concludes upon determining a winner or at another time specified in these Rules (“Sweepstakes Game Period”).

Each Sweepstakes Game comprises a set number of entries generated and shuffled before it begins. The entry values are assigned at the time of generation. Each time an entry is revealed, a computer randomly selects one entry from the Sweepstakes Game pool, displaying the result. Once an entry is drawn, it is removed from the pool and unavailable until the next Sweepstakes Game Period. The game themes used to reveal sweepstakes entries are for entertainment purposes only and do not influence the entry outcomes. Sweeps Coins are used to unveil Sweepstakes Game prizes.

King Entertainment Corp reserves the right to change the rules, regulations, and prize amounts for any Sweepstakes Game at any time. All changes will be announced on the Website before a Sweepstakes Game begins. Players are responsible for staying updated on any modifications related to the operation of Sweepstakes Games. By continuing to participate after changes, you accept the new terms.

Unless otherwise stated by King Entertainment Corp, Sweeps Coins awarded to a player’s Customer Account must be played at least once before being eligible for prize redemption. The company may require players to play a greater number of times in various Sweepstakes Games before redeeming for prizes. Only Sweeps Coins earned from participation in a Sweepstakes Game can be redeemed for prizes. By entering a Sweepstakes Game, you agree to these Rules, and all King Entertainment Corp decisions are final.

5. Winning Entries. Requests for redeeming Sweeps Coins can be made on the Website per our Terms of Service. No player may redeem winnings until their eligibility has been verified by King Entertainment Corp. The company retains the right to request additional verification of eligibility or identity before awarding prizes. All decisions about eligibility verification are final.

Winners will be notified through the Website and/or via the email associated with their Customer Account.

6. Winning Entries. Potential winners must adhere to these Rules and our Terms of Service, with winning contingent upon meeting all requirements set forth by King Entertainment Corp. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to return any requested eligibility and/or verification documentation within the stipulated time frame, does not comply with these Rules or Terms of Service, or is otherwise disqualified, their ability to redeem Sweeps Coins for prizes may be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability. By participating in a Sweepstakes Game, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless King Entertainment Corp and its parent entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, representatives, and anyone else involved in the creation, operation, or administration of Sweepstakes Games from any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages resulting from participation in a Sweepstakes Game or related activities, including any awarded prizes.

8. Dispute Resolution. Any disputes related to a player's entry in a Sweepstakes Game will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions outlined in the Terms of Service.
